R.E.M.M. Germany is a real estate company owned by the Bartels / Gernhardt family. R.E.M.M. follows a long-term hold strategy. The real estate portfolio is continuously expanded through real estate developments and acquisitions.

Since its foundation in 1991 the company has been led by entrepreneur Hargen M. Bartels, who was born in 1957 and has 4 descendants. In 2020, his son Helge M.
