R.E.M.M. Sweden, founded and led by Helge M. Gernhardt, is incorporated and registered in the City of Stockholm. The company will constitute the nucleus legal entity to a growing number of real estate investments yet to be acquired in Stockholm.

Helge was born in Berlin. He holds a masters degree in International Business from Stockholm School of Economics (HHS) and a bachelor degree in Economics from Humboldt University Berlin (HU). After several years with the Asset Management Company Patrizia and the Real Estate Developers Art-Invest and Taurecon, Helge joined R.E.M.M. Invest in 2020.

In the summer of 2021 Helge moved to Stockholm. R.E.M.M. Sweden´s real estate acquisitions in Stockholm are bound to pick up speed.
